Hello Near North Neighborhood, my name is Cory England. I’ve been a resident of Grand Forks for seven years, and am a recent UND graduate. I’ll be serving as the UND Center for Community Engagement’s neighborhood project coordinator. I look forward to working with the Near North Neighborhood to improve safety, promote public interests, and otherwise foster community development.
