After my recent post about weatherizing windows for the winter, I received a link and some information about SavetheWindows.org. This program is part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and has resources for saving windows through retrofitting.
Many of these suggestions are considerably less costly than replacing old windows, and they allow historic homes to maintain their charm.
